Mould Remediation: mould remediation is the process of cleaning and removing mould from an indoor environment

Friable Asbestos-Containing Material: friable asbestos-containing material is material that can easily release asbestos fibres in the air through minimal disturbance

Non-Friable Asbestos-Containing Material: non-friable asbestos-containing material is material that does not easily release asbestos fibres in the air through minimal disturbance

Vermiculite: a silver-gold to gray-brown mineral that is flat and shiny in its natural state commonly used in home insulation prior to 1990. The mineral is impure and may contain asbestos.
